OVERVIEW:
BOLDRVIZ brought this collaborative office vision to life through a visualization experience that included photorealistic images, animations, a 360 Tour, and VR experiences. We accurately modeled specified assets. From Rogue Fitness Equipment to Restoration Hardware Faucets and Lighting, our modelers portrayed it all. Our minute-long animation shares a day in the life of the space, and helps communicate all the upcoming amenities one will find at BOND.
OUR ROLE
The final deliverable included 41 still images, 1:30 minute animation, a 360 Online Tour, and a VR tour. We helped craft the customer journey through several of the most iconic areas from the Entry, to the café, to the Speakeasy to even a Podcast Room.“I’ve been working with Mike and the BOLDR VIZ team for over five years and they’ve become a very integral part of our design and brand development team on every project George Oliver has created. In the course of this project, we harnessed a suite of plugins, including phoenixFD, CityTraffic, Forestpack, and Anima. While initially quite complex, the journey proved to be immensely gratifying. Anima, with its intricate 4D character integration, emerged as the most formidable challenge. Moreover, optimizing the scene presented a significant hurdle given the project's scale. ANIMA
