THE TEAM
A Southern California native, Mike relocated to Denver in 2013 and became a licensed Architect while working with Gensler.
In 2017, he returned from an AIA Travel Scholarship and Research Grant to publish "India - Lessons From The Shadows". This publication outlined Mike’s plan to establish an architectural visualization firm that would help address global income inequality and help provide access to education in underprivileged communities.
Outside of the studio, you can find Mike homesteading on his lavender farm.

David has been a critical component in growing the BOLDR Viz Team and managing our overseas offices.
David has a degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern California.
In 2020 he was recognized on the Forbes 30 under 30 list for Social Entrepreneurs.
Outside of work you can find David surfing, practicing yoga, and traveling the world.

CHIEF STRATEGIST
Luis knows how to set the mood for our renders.
Prior to joining BOLDR, Luis worked for many years as an architect in Mexico City. He is a talented CG artist and specializes in creating interior lighting with corona renderer. In addition to developing outstanding visuals, Luis provides architectural insight and design assistance across all studio projects.

PROJECT MANAGER
Lem is a certified 3d Studio Max Instructor with an extensive software knowledge base.
Lem is BOLDR’s first hire and joined the team in early 2018. He specializes in all facets of the architecture visualization process and is particularly skilled with the optimization and management of highly complex 3D scenes.
Lem is also a talented musician and outside of work he spends his time recording and producing jazz music.

Alci loves all things Arch Viz.
He is a graduate of the State of Art Academy in Italy and has a keen eye for camera composition. Alci also received a Master of Archviz with Unreal Engine at the Factoria Training Hub in Spain.

Dariele is a jack of all trades.
He has been with the studio since 2019. He is a highly skilled 3D artist that can quickly adapt to any new software or plugins. He is a master at CGI vegetation and carries projects forward from the preliminary stages with ease.
Dariele spends his time outside of work streaming on twitch and winning CGI competitions for his concept art and character design.

Geli has done it all!
From designing campuses and towers to leading Construction Projects, Geli has extensive experience with 3D Modeling and Architectural Drawings.
She is joining our 3D Modeling team to help optimize models and communicate client details accurately.

Patrick is our Sketchup virtuoso!
As a licensed Architect in the Philippines, Patrick is capable of bringing any 2D design plans from concept to life in 3D. He also helps our team by modeling architectural context for our projects with extensive detail.

IMPACT
Life is short, but our impact doesn't have to be.
Founded in March of 2017, BOLDR VIZ emerged after Mike's three month trek through India. While observing and researching the reality of our world's housing crisis Mike realized he should use his architectural education to do more.
BOLDR VIZ is the result of that decision. We are a socially conscious company, and a portion of every project goes towards providing underprivileged children a year of education. Currently we are working to help those living in Baseco, Manila, The Philippines, through our friends at BOLDR IMPACT , Street Light and A Million Voices.
