OVERVIEW:

The Vixen is prominently situated along the Heart of Denver, Colorado - Colfax Avenue. Fusing elegance with culture and originality, The Vixen has very unique FF+E (Furniture, Light Fixtures, and Equipment) that captures the vibe of Colfax.  With 3ds Max and Corona renderer our team is able share what The Vixen is all about through a VR Tour, a Web Browser Tour and static imagery for print collateral. Cameras captured the building exterior, five amenities, and one unit kitchen + bathroom (with three materiality schemes each). Our work allows ownership to not only understand how the design team's work fits together at an advantageous time in the construction process, but portray the design accurately in Marketing and Pre Leasing efforts!

OUR ROLE

The final deliverable included 12 static Images, an Online 360 Tour, a VR Tour,  & a cinemagraph.
We helped craft the customer journey through several of the most iconic areas -  from the Lobby, to the Game Room, to the Sky Lounge featuring the views of the Rockies and Downtown Denver.

CHALLENGES

Large Archviz projects like The Vixen present exciting challenges. One was organizing our model in such a way where we could easily integrate updates from the design team. Another challenge was integrating Drone Photography to highlight the site's views. Additionally, we uploaded and organized all consultant information thorugh Miro, positioning all the unique details on the project at arms reach!

MODEL ORGANIZATION

BOLDRVIZ developed standards for 3D Model Organization to help the team navigate Architectural Massing Updates from the design team with ease.

CONSULTANT ORGANIZATION 

We used Miro to organize consultant information into a digestible and updatable manner.

DRONE INTEGRATION

BOLDRVIZ flew our drone to capture site photography to accurately portray views.

CUSTOM 3D FURNITURE MODELING

We modeled over 20 light fixtures,  22 pieces of fitness equipment, & over 50 custom furniture requests.
